I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. First of all, the location was fantastic. It was right in the center of the tourist area, with easy access to taxi and tram services. This made getting around the city a breeze. Another highlight was the friendly staff. They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had individually controlled air-conditioning, which was a great relief during the hot weather. Lastly, the breakfast was impressive with a good amount of variety, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.
The hotel could improve on their English language fluency.
